Download Information: Once payment has been received the designs may be downloaded in Multi-format. Individual format email requests will be emailed as soon as possible.

Shipping Information: Orders of designs on CD will be mailed on the next business day. A flat rate of $5.00 will be added to the order for the CD and shipping.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Because of the digital nature of the embroidery designs, refunds can only be issued for sales that have not yet been released for download or mailed.

DESIGN USE: Embroidery Traditons designs are digitized in ART format and sold for home use. The embroidery designs and graphics on this site are protected by Federal Copyright Law and international treaties. When you purchase these designs you are granted a license for original customer use only. You may produce and sell as many sewn products with the designs. Selling, trading, copying, loaning, transferring or in any way duplicating the designs or graphics in any part or whole is in violation of Copyright Law.

The designs may not be used in lessons without prior written consent. Requests for use of the designs in classes must be submitted in writing to Elaine Cibelli: emc@EmbroideryTraditions.com
